- Ongoing check‑ins to track progress, refine workouts, and keep you accountable

At your first session, your physiotherapist will begin by listening to your story – this subjective assessment helps guide the physical examination and gives us insight into your pain, limitations, and personal goals. From there, we carry out a targeted assessment of your range of motion, strength, and functional ability, which informs both your hands-on treatment and your personalised exercise plan.
We integrate rehabilitation and performance with a wider team where needed, ensuring your care pathway is structured, seamless, and built around you. Whether you’re returning to sport, recovering post-surgery, or just trying to get through the day pain-free, we’ll help you move forward.

As a physiotherapy-led clinic in Sussex, our massage therapists work alongside our physiotherapists to ensure your treatment fits into a broader recovery or performance plan wherever it is needed. While diagnosis and exercise prescription are handled by the physiotherapy team, our massage sessions are informed by a strong understanding of injury, movement, and soft tissue recovery. We’ve seen excellent outcomes in reducing postural pain, improving flexibility, and supporting performance, particularly athletes recovering from injuries and those dealing with postural pain.
New clients start with a 60-minute initial session to allow time for a short history to guide a focused treatment based on your needs and goals. Ongoing sessions are available in 45 or 60-minute formats depending on what your therapist and you decide is suitable. Whether you’re booking a one-off or looking for ongoing support, we’ll always give you clear expert-led care designed to help you feel and perform at your best.

Many of our clients come post-rehabilitation and transition into this service to rebuild functional strength, prevent reinjury, and return to sport or everyday life feeling confident and capable. Others join us to optimise their general fitness, improve performance, or reduce injury risk through tailored, proactive training.
What sets this service apart is the collaboration between our physiotherapists, sports massage therapists, and performance team. We follow a clear progression model where the clinical team helps you recover and restore function, and our performance coaches take you beyond that, building strength, capacity, and resilience.
With experience working with elite-level teams such as the England Women’s 7s and Sail GB, our coaches bring both high-performance insight and a personalised, patient-centred approach. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and available both in-person and remotely, with 1:1 coaching, structured programs, and home-based check-ins depending on your goals. Clients not recovering from injury are welcome to book directly, while those coming out of rehab will be guided by our physio team to ensure they’re ready for performance training. Whether you’re an athlete, a beginner, or somewhere in between, our goal is to help you build lasting strength, reduce fear of reinjury, and reach your next level with clarity and confidence.
